The Alliance of Independent Agencies is bringing its community together in Manchester on Tuesday 22 September for the latest edition of The Alliance Exchange North.
Taking place from 5pm to 8pm, the event will bring together independent agencies from across the North for an evening of networking, drinks and discussion around some of the key issues currently shaping the sector.
Under the theme The Modern Independent Agency: Adapting the Model for Growth, the panel will look at how independent agencies are responding to changing client expectations, attracting and retaining talent, the growing impact of AI and the opportunities for greater collaboration.
The conversation will also explore what the modern independent agency model looks like as businesses continue to adapt, from how they structure their teams and services to how they build sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.
With independent agencies continuing to play an important role across the North’s creative and marketing industries, the event offers a chance for agency leaders and teams to share experiences, compare challenges and make new connections with their peers.
Alongside the panel discussion, there will be plenty of time throughout the evening to meet other Northern independents and continue the conversation over drinks.
