“Supercharged Storytelling” as Hatch adds to board

Hatch says it has made a “significant step forward in its evolution” as it’s added 3 new members to its board.

The newly created roles see Alex Halls, become Associate Creative Director, Lucie Szalma, is Associate Client Delivery Director and Matt Vowels, takes up an Associate Social and Studio Director position.

The trio join the exiting leadership team as the Leeds creative communications agency seek “to bring fresh perspective, sharpened expertise, and a renewed focus on innovation, performance and commercial success.”

“As Hatch continues to grow in scale and sophistication, we wanted to create a leadership model that balances the right mix of creativity, clarity and commercial thinking,” explained James Hickman, Managing Partner at Hatch.

“These appointments reflect our belief that leadership should be collective, collaborative and future-facing and we’re excited to be evolving in a way that supports our people, partners and clients alike.”

These changes coincide with Hatch’s new proposition, ‘Supercharged Storytelling’, which Hickman explained was a framework designed to “unify Hatch’s cross-channel thinking and elevate the impact of every brand story it tells.”

“We’ve never been interested in ‘doing it all’ just for the sake of it. Supercharged Storytelling is our answer to fragmented comms. It allows us to create smarter, more strategic, channel agnostic work by blending the creative minds and specialist skillsets from across our agency, all in service of making our clients’ brands impossible to ignore,” he continued.
