Flight Story has made its first move into the United States, with the acquisition of Mint Performance Marketing in Los Angeles.
The company, which was founded by former Social Chain US CEO, Daniel James has now rebranded to Flight Performance.
Flight Performance will specialise in creative, influencer marketing, paid social, paid search email and SMS. As well as its LA headquarters, it has offices in Manchester, the Philippines and London.
James, a former Account Manager at Myspace and Senior Account Manager at AOL established Mint Performance Marketing in 2019. He was Social Chain’s US CEO for 6 months between October 2022 and March 2023.
He’ll continue to lead Flight Performance.

Flight Story has also announced the appointment of dentsu’s former Global Chief Operating Officer, Neil Gissler as a Non-Executive Director to lead on the agency’s global growth strategy.
