A new, bespoke film-making service will allow individuals and brands to record their life story, connecting generations through the sharing of memories in a real-life biography.

Launched in collaboration with design agency Creative Spark, StoryOak is a concept that enables people to capture and share life stories, either about themselves or a loved one. Stories are gathered on film using industry leading equipment to create a unique gift that will become a family keepsake to be passed down through generations.

The film-making process is split into six steps, with the team getting to know their customer and understand their life, through interviews and questionnaires before editing and choosing family photographs to include.

Creative Spark helped StoryOak define its brand identity and tone of voice to launch to its key audiences and portray its concept, human approach and long lasting impact on customers. The pair intensively researched the market before delivering the brand, website and digital marketing strategy.

Krish Patel, founder of StoryOak, said: “What we offer is a hugely personal, poignant and detailed service, so we needed a brand that would reflect this and really highlight the high quality processes we go through so that our customer stories can be told to their family for generations to come.

“We’re delighted by how the new brand looks and feels and believe it will propel us into our next chapter.”

Neil Marra, managing director of Creative Spark, added: “When we were approached by StoryOak we just loved the concept. It’s such an important and impactful business and both founders are so passionate and involved in every project, we have loved being a part of the journey and are looking forward to seeing even more customers discover just how special the business is.”
