Speedy Hire in the driving seat with Engage

Engage has created a motorbike racing campaign for Speedy Hire.

The Leeds agency was appointed to design a gamified campaign to promote the company’s long-standing sponsorship of British Superbikes.

Speedy Racer has been launched on App Store and Google Play, to mimic 00s motorbike racing games, where the player avoids obstacles to build up a score.

Speedy Hire are hoping it will drive acquisition, engagement and loyalty within their app infrastructure, as monthly high scorers will have a chance to win tickets to the British Superbike Championship, with the overall winner winning free tool hire for a year.

“This exciting new partnership, based on our vast experience of applying gamified mechanics and strategies to digital activations, has been an absolute pleasure,” said Dom Mernock, Director at Engage.

“We’ve really enjoyed working on the creative solution, lining up the overall KPIs and objectives to build an in-app game with a strategy to  drive results, it’s often something that can be overlooked with digital activations.”
