Ritter Sport has named Journey Further as its new creative agency.
The chocolate manufacturer has previously worked with the Leeds agency on the launch of its limited edition, Doc Choco bar. This new brief is to “redefine its brand positioning.”
This means providing brand strategy and creative direction for its global campaign team.
“The work that Ben [Ducker – ECD] and the Journey Further team has produced so far has been a pure delight. The consumer analysis, current trends and the strategic thinking from the team has set the direction for a truly distinctive campaign to stand-out from the crowd of premium chocolate brands globally,” said Malte Dammann, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Ritter Sport.
“I am looking forward to presenting the campaign platform to my international teams to accelerate the growth of Ritter Sport.”
The appointment has led to the immediate pause of all its international brand advertising, in order for Journey Further to set out a fresh direction. This will begin in the UK, before being deployed across all global markets – except for Germany.
