Steven Knight, the man behind Peaky Blinders, is going to produce a film about Oasis’ 2025 reunion tour.
The details are brief, but the project has a working title Oasis Live ’25, and it will be made by Magna Studios Production.
Magna has a long credit of music projects, not least Beastie Boys Story, Gangs of London and Lewis Capaldi: How I’m Feeling Now. It also produced 20000 Days On Earth a fictitious 24 hours in the life of Nick Cave.

Knight who’s also known for This Town, A Thousand Blows and Maria is described as the “creator and producer” with directing duties handed to Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace.
The pair have worked on Meet Me In the Bathroom, LCD Soundsystem’s Shut Up and Play The Hits and Blur’s No Distance Left To Run. They’ve also directed films with Bjork, Arctic Monkeys and Franz Ferdinand.
The distribution will be handled by Sony Music Vision. Sony is also the band’s record label.
Oasis start their tour on July 4th in Cardiff.
