Pace Communications has worked with regional housebuilder Beal Homes to create its first advert for television.
The 60-second advert, which launches this week, follows a young couple choosing a home for their growing family and the memories they create there as the years pass.
Anita Pace, MD of Pace, said: “The advert cleverly reinforces the idea that houses are more than just bricks and mortar, they are homes that provide the backdrop to so many milestone family moments.
“Our production team has been involved with this advert every step of the way – from conception to delivery – and we’re all delighted with the result.”
The ad campaign is scheduled to run for three months, via Sky’s AdSmart and VoD (video on demand) products and comes at the end of the family-run company’s successful 55th year in business.
Beal has worked with Pace for more than three years and this is the latest chapter in their recent brand-building campaign.
Earlier in 2023, Beal Homes opened its new HQ at Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle. The new base includes the Design Lounge – which features in the opening and closing scenes of the advert – a designated space where house buyers work with Beal’s expert designers to customise their new homes.
