Bet365 is to take 3 floors at city centre office building, Core.
The world’s biggest online gambling company will take a total of 25,000 sq feet on a 5 year lease.

The space was let by CBRE in Manchester, acting on behalf of Boultbee Brooks.
As a result of Bet365’s arrival, Core, on Brown Street is now fully let.

Bet365 is based at Stoke-on-Trent, but has been growing its presence in Manchester over a number of years. It now employs hundreds of staff in the city, working across technology and development.
