One Day Agency has promoted Klaudia Szelugowska to run the agency alongside CEO and founder, Ricardo Seixas.
Szelugowska joined the company 3 years ago and has been its Head of Growth for the last 12 months. As Business Director, she’ll co-lead the Manchester agency taking responsibility for delivering “its overarching ambitions.”
She’ll oversee all new business and client services across the UK, Poland and France and expand its international footprint.
“I’m excited to step into this role at such an important moment for One Day,’ she said.
“The growth we’ve seen reflects the incredibly talented team we’ve built across our offices, as well as the ambition that drives the agency forward.”

In the last year the agency has doubled in size, with 18 staff and a £7m+ turnover target. It was acquired by textile firm Behrens Group in 2024.
