Sarah Leech, Head of Packaging Innovation & Design at Unilever
Among the latest additions is Sarah Leech, Head of Packaging Innovation & Design at Unilever. With more than two decades of experience across FMCG, Leech has worked on global brands including TRESemmé, Sunsilk, Durex and Scholl. She now leads packaging for Unilever’s HomeCare portfolio, covering brands such as Persil, Comfort, Domestos and Cif.
Leech is a strong advocate for human-centred design, championing collaboration, creativity and insight-led thinking to create packaging that is not only sustainable but also meaningful and memorable for consumers.
Fiona Robinson, Country Captain at Print.com
A fantastic addition to the speaker line-up is Fiona Robinson, Country Captain at Print.com. With more than 20 years’ experience across print and creative industries, Robinson combines technical expertise with a strong background in design, product development and marketing.
A long-time advocate for print, she began her career in a print-first era and now champions its resurgence within modern, digital-first strategies. Her work focuses on helping marketers understand how print can drive lasting impact when integrated effectively into broader campaigns.
Robinson has led the international launch of print solutions and brands, building a reputation for strategic precision, operational excellence and creative thinking. In 2024, she spearheaded the UK launch of Print.com, a Netherlands-founded platform that has become a major player across mainland Europe, offering a technology-driven solution tailored to agencies, brands and creative professionals.
Kellie Butterworth, Marketing Manager at mydentist
Also joining the line-up is Kellie Butterworth, orthodontics marketing manager at mydentist. Butterworth leads end-to-end media strategy and patient journey marketing for one of the UK’s largest dental providers, combining experience across agency, media sales and in-house roles.
Her work focuses on connecting brands with the right audiences through channel-specific strategies, while ensuring patient communications remain clear, compelling and rooted in trust. Alongside her role, she is also Head of the Bloom North podcast, supporting and elevating women across the northern communications industry.
Dmitry Bastron, Head of Development at ByteMinds
From the martech and development side, Dmitry Bastron, Head of Development at ByteMinds, will share insights from over a decade in the digital experience platform space.
Bastron specialises in helping brands and agencies navigate complex technology decisions, focusing on the practical intersection between marketing operations and platform strategy and identifying which tools genuinely drive results.
Lucas Coe, founder and Head of Agency at Formore
Rounding out the latest speaker announcements is Lucas Coe, founder and Head of Agency at Formore. Coe is known for his commercially focused approach to creativity, working with brands to drive market share through stronger positioning, improved recall and campaigns designed to convert.
Through Formore, he has partnered with organisations including the NHS, Turtle Bay, Pepperstone and Carlsberg Marston’s, delivering work that balances standout creative with measurable business outcomes.
