North West agency is sending signals with Jaded new year double hire

Search and AI marketing agency Marketing Signals has welcomed Jade Denby and Jade Williams to its PR and marketing teams as part of the company’s growth aspirations.

Bolstering the Manchester-based agency’s leadership team as head of digital PR, Jade Denby brings over 15 years of specialist industry experience. She joins from Wavemaker, where she spent seven years as an account manager delivering high-impact strategies for a portfolio of blue-chip brands.

Her appointment follows a period of sustained growth for Marketing Signals, which has recently secured several high-profile B2C e-commerce wins and continues to expand its integrated digital offering.

Denby will lead the department’s strategic direction, focusing on high-authority link acquisition and brand storytelling to drive commercial performance across the agency’s portfolio of leading brand clients.

She said: “I am incredibly excited to join Marketing Signals to head up the Digital PR department. Having spent over a decade in the industry, I was drawn to the agency’s agility and its proven track record of delivering tangible success for clients.

My experience working with household brands has shown me the power of PR when it is truly aligned with business objectives. I’m looking forward to leading this talented team and building on the agency’s success to deliver creative, search-first campaigns that drive genuine growth for our clients.”

Marketer and podcaster Jade Williams has also joined the team as head of marketing, bringing over four years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, podcasting, and copywriting. She will lead the company’s entire marketing function, developing and executing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue.

Williams said, “I feel incredibly lucky to be joining such an impressive team, and I’m so excited to see what the company can achieve as we head into this new year. As the new head of marketing, I’m looking forward to showcasing exactly what Marketing Signals can do for clients and shouting about our successes.”

“There’s no doubt at all that we’re living in the age of content creation – and I’m eager to draw on my experience in social and content marketing to really amplify the great work this agency can do.”

Gareth Hoyle, managing director, added: “These hires are a statement of intent for where we’re taking the agency next. As we move into 2026, we’re building a business focused on sharper thinking, stronger craft and more impactful work.”

“Attracting this level of talent demonstrates both our progression and a broader change in the market. Independent agencies are no longer the alternative – they’re competing head-to-head with network agencies, not just for clients, but for the very best people.”
