Multitude Media has named Gem Pinkney as its new Director of Television.
Pinkney will join the PR agency from UKTV, where’s spent the last 11 years, most recently as Head of Consumer Communications.
“I’ve always been so impressed by Will [Wood] and his brilliantly passionate and creative team at Multitude Media so I feel very lucky to be joining them in January,” she said.
“I’m so excited to get stuck in and work across the agency’s incredible roster of clients and I hope to use my love and passion for TV to continue to build on the company’s success.”
At UKTV, Pinkney has overseen publicity on shows including Taskmaster, Flack, Big Zuu’s Big Eats, Meet the Richardsons and Myleene Klass: Miscarriage & Me.
She began her career in the publicity teams for Emmerdale and Hollyoaks.
“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Gem across a number of projects over the years and seen first-hand how dynamic an operator she is,” explained Multitude Media Managing Director Will Wood.
