Nicola Sharp who was a key part of the Smoothwall management buy-out team, has joined Modo25.
She becomes Chief Financial Officer at the Leeds digital marketing agency having been Group CFO at Smoothwall for more than a decade. During that time, the internet safety firm grew its turnover from £1m to £15m.
It underwent an MBO in 2017 and last year was acquired by Family Zone for £75.5m.
“I’m looking forward to joining the exciting and forward-thinking Modo25. The agency has a fantastic ethos and culture and I look forward to being a part of the journey and growth of the agency,” she stated.
As a portfolio CFO, Sharp works for a number of companies, including AppsAnywhere and Solutionpath.
Modo25 has also signed a contract with kitchen worktop retailer Gemini Worktops. The agency has been brought in to “maximise and improve” its website’s performance, test conversion points, and improve the user experience.
