The Bootlegger, London’s newest Prohibition-inspired drinking den, has appointed Mason Williams to handle its December launch.
The basement space in Lime Street has been completely transformed to offer a Speakeasy experience in the heart of the financial district.
Manchester-based Mason Williams, which already represents over 250 hospitality venues in the UK and internationally, will work closely with the team behind The Bootlegger to support the launch within UK media and position the new bar as a “premier drinking destination” in the city.
With further launches planned, The Bootlegger concept hopes to grow into an internationally established brand over the next few years.
Krish J. Sathar, founder and owner of The Bootlegger, said: “We were impressed with Mason Williams’ experience in the bar, restaurant and hospitality sector, and felt that they fully understood our vision for The Bootlegger’s future. We believe their expertise, passion and drive will make a real difference to helping us achieve cut through and excitement in a saturated market.”
Rita Rowe, founder and MD of Mason Williams, added: “With a number of bars opening in London every day we want to be able to ensure that whenever anyone is looking for a slick, fun and innovative drinking destination that The Bootlegger is at the top of their list.”
Mason Williams has previously worked with the likes of Tom’s Kitchen, Levy Restaurants and Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar.
