Marshalls appoints new Public Relations agency

Marshalls plc has completed a competitive pitch process for a new PR agency.

The hard landscaping and building materials supplier has turned to Stockport’s Unhooked to develop a series of PR campaigns to enhance its reputation and position it as a leader in its field.

“Not only were we impressed by Unhooked’s experience in the construction sector, but we loved how they were able to tap into current issues and trends to develop creative ideas that will help us engage with our target audiences in an inspiring and informative way,” said Viki Harris, Head of PR and Content at Marshalls.

“Work is already underway for one campaign and we’re excited to start work on the others over the coming months. We know they will have a genuinely positive impact on how the industry approaches the planning, design and build of public and residential spaces.”

The campaigns will be split across domestic and commercial audiences.

“We were really excited when the brief came in from Marshalls as it’s such a great fit for us, combining our strong construction sector experience with our love of integrated, creative PR campaigns,” added Claire Gamble, MD of Unhooked Communications.
