ddroidd, the Leeds-based technical IT services has restructured to focus on mergers and acquisitions after tripling its turnover.
In its second year of trading, it’s reported a turnover of £8.3m, up from £3.2m, with plans to “at least” double in size in 2023.
To achieve this, it’s restructured its senior leadership team, in order to expand into the USA and pursue M&A opportunities.
“Our new management restructure and planned M&A activity will create the foundation for us to take the business to the next level and increase our global footprint as we continue to grow our client base, people, and partnerships,” stated Catalin Stancel, CEO of ddroidd.
The firm has offices in Leeds and Romania.
