Leeds SaaS firm appoints Ropner as Non-Exec Director

Construction and rail focused tech company eviFile has appointed a new Non-Executive Director in the form of Henry Ropner, an experienced figure in the sector.

The Leeds-based SaaS company, which provides an integrated mobile platform delivery rapid results across a project, has appointed Ropner to support its continued expansion across the construction, engineering, and project management sectors. 

Ropner was previously an NED at Masstech, Sohonet, Kallidus and Oka Direct, and has worked across engineering, software, and private equity. For more than 12 years he completed a range of MBOs and growth capital deals, and qualified as a chartered accountant through PwC.

Henry Ropner said: “I have a genuine passion for civil engineering and high growth software businesses, having read civil engineering and construction management at university and spent 12 years working for a technology focused private equity firm.

“I’m excited to use my experience and background to help a small number of high-potential software businesses. I see real potential within eviFile, and it’s my role to help the company and management team achieve their ambitions.”
