One Touch, the Leeds-based pioneer in Voice AI for the hospitality sector, has entered a strategic partnership with global food ordering giant Foodhub for Business.
The deal will see One Touch’s Millie AI technology made available to Foodhub for Business’ extensive network of 30,000 restaurant venues across the UK and the US.
Millie AI by One Touch is an is an AI-powered voice automation system, which takes table bookings 24/7, requests food delivery and handles customer queries. It will allow customers to place food delivery orders via natural, human-like voice conversation and ensure restaurant owners never miss a food delivery order during peak periods, while simultaneously reducing the operational burden on staff.
The partnership forms part of One Touch’s growth strategy to integrate their advanced Voice AI into the growing food delivery market. Recent data from NIQ Hospitality at Home Tracker (powered by CGA Intelligence) saw UK home food delivery sales increase by 7.4% year-on-year in January 2026, outperforming traditional takeaway formats.
