Marketing agency 18players, which has a wealth of experience working with golf clients, has been selected to provide a range of digital services to a duo of leading golf clubs.
The Leeds agency will be working with the Royal Birkdale Golf Club and Western Gailes, both listed within the Top 100 courses in Britain and Ireland, to create new websites and a collection of videos to highlight their beauty and history.
It recently completed similar projects on behalf of Royal Troon and The Machrie, and to this point has worked with Western Gailes for two years providing social media services.
Websites for both Royal Birkdale and Wester Gailes are under development and filming will begin in spring for a series of videos. Footage will be captured on the courses and in the respective clubhouses, with voice work from Nick Dougherty and Andrew Coltart, Sky Sports Golf presenters.
