Landlord advice firm AST Assistance has announced that its turnover has doubled since it instructed digital marketing firm I-COM.
AST Assistance helps landlords to navigate their property portfolios. Its dedicated team specialises in property and tenancy law and helps landlords to stay on top of the changing landscape of their legal obligations.
I-COM is a full-service digital marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester. It specialises in all aspects of digital marketing and web design and works with a portfolio of clients across the UK. Its focus with AST Assistance was to improve the SEO performance of the firm’s website.
As a result, an influx of local clients has driven a growth in revenue for the company. Prior to I-COM’s instruction, approximately 80% of AST Assistance’s clients were based in the South of England whereas now, 50% of clients are based in the North, closer to the team’s home base.

Social media platforms such as Facebook have always been a big part of where we have seen our business come in. While it is still a major player, we are definitely seeing an increase from other sources such as the website. This has been a huge benefit in terms of increasing our leads and growing the business whilst also keeping existing sales funnels working alongside [the site].
