Havas Red vet leads influx of new hires at Tangerine

Creative communications agency Tangerine has announced a raft of new appointments in its B2B and corporate team as it continues to strengthen its offer across a portfolio of national and global clients.

Havas Red veteran Jonathan Welsh leads the charge of new hires, bringing almost 20 years’ experience in agency and in-house with him.

Joining Welsh and the B2B leadership team is new senior account director, Annie McIntyre who brings strategic and internal comms expertise after formerly being head of marketing in-house at DA Languages.

Tangerine has also strengthened its sustainability expertise with the appointment of Olamide Jasanya, who brings ten-years’ global experience across ESG.

Finally, supporting its core client services and earned media offer is former Democracy account manager and journalism graduate Chantelle McKeever, and Leeds Beckett first-class media graduate, Beth Vernon.

Sam Gregory, co-CEO of Tangerine said: “We’ve put significant investment into our B2B and corporate team as it continues on a very strong trajectory of growth. We have big plans for developing this offer in the next 12 months and are delighted to welcome an industry heavyweight in Jonathan, as well all the new incredible talents joining the team, to help us establish this new vision.

“Tangerine is leading the B2B and corporate comms sector with innovative creative work that really transforms brands. The team is hugely talented and passionate about doing great work, and I’m thrilled to working with them to take the offer to the next exciting stage,” Welsh added.

Tangerine’s current B2B and corporate client roster includes global names like Topcon Positioning, Specsavers, and Ideal Standard.
