Denton-based software company e-f group has acquired London-based software solutions business Air Publishing Limited for an undisclosed sum.
The company said the acquisition will bolster its capabilities and offering in building tailored software, add talent to its existing Manchester team, and make SaaS and data services core to its proposition.
e-f group currently specialises in procurement and menu management software for the hospitality industry.
