Following a successful launch campaign for Gourmet Burger Kitchen’s (GBK) menu across social media, Only The Brave has been appointed by the chain for the next stage in its growth.

The Sheffield agency already has connections to a number of the brands owned by the Boparan Restaurant Group, which GBK is part of. These include Giraffe, Ed’s Diner and Carluccio’s – plus, the agency handled the successful arrival of US brand Slim Chicken’s to the UK.

Founded in 2008, Only The Brave works with clients which include AAH Pharmaceuticals, Lloyds Pharmacy and Mitchells & Butler.

A spokesperson for GBK said: “We have ambitious plans to grow the brand rapidly, especially as we come out of lockdown. Social is a key channel for us, allowing us to effectively engage with our audiences in challenging times.

“Only The Brave clearly demonstrated that they have the creativity and expertise within the food and hospitality sector to effectively support us on our journey. Their ability to respond with quality content and a strategic approach that is already driving traffic was key in our decision to appoint them as our creative partners.”

Nick Aldrich, MD at Only The Brave, added: “This is yet another great win for us. It’s always exciting to be working with ambitious brands and we’re all looking forward to delivering Gourmet Burger Kitchen’s growth plans and bringing the brand to more and more towns and cities in the UK.”
