Leeds-based Fun Agency commissioned Italian illustrator Riccardo Guasco to help complete the brand look and feel for Perfetto Italian Gin, from Continental Wine and Foods.
Guasco has produced illustrations and campaigns for brands such as Martini, The New Yorker, Rapha and Moleskine. Photography was shot by Heidi Coppock Beard. Food and drink styling by Tom Guise.
Paul Alexander, creative partner at Fun, said: “The client had a great liquid, and had already created the packaging but they needed to roll out supporting campaign assets.
“Perfetto is produced inland, and we wanted to make sure we differentiated from other Italian Gins such as Malfy, who’s focus is purely mediterranean. We wanted to make Perfetto more urban, more cosmopolitan.”
Creative partner Sarah Alexander added: “The lively eye catching colours of Perfetto Gins and the passion, and flare of Italians and their gusto for life, food and drink needed to be matched in the brand look and feel and brand tone of voice.”
Fun Agency specialises in creating “brand defining ideas” and was founded by husband and wife Sarah and Paul Alexander.
