Freemans has launched its new Spring 2023 campaign, headlined by professional dancers, Ola Jordan, Janette Manrara and Karen Hauer.

The Bradford-based “digital department store” has continued to steer away from agencies, instead using independent creative directors, supported by the its in-house marketing and creative teams.

The campaign has been created to “celebrate the diversity of its unique product offering” with each of the dancers aligned to one of the brands.

“This season is all about celebrating being you and the freedom that brings with it.  Whatever your style, mood or the occasion, Freemans has everything you need- especially if you’re looking for something you can’t find anywhere else. Freemans is there for you, celebrating the freedom to be you,” explained Chief Customer Officer, Richard Cristofoli.

“We know customers love our exclusive fashion brands and showcasing them with the help of Ola, Janette and Karen helps us bring thing this to life – all under-pinned by amazing Freemans value and stand out free delivery and returns.”

Free To Be You will run throughout March and April across online, within CRM, digital, social and broadcast channels.

The pureplay retailer’s on-going Loose Women ident sponsorship will feature the 3 dancers alongside a range of “hot topic” questions for viewers such as “who’s ready for some sunshine?”, “can you ever be really overdressed?” and “how do you find fun in every moment?”.

Loose Women panelist, Nadia Sawalha is the voice over of the campaign.

The ads were shot on location in the UK (Broadgate Tower, London and Kelly Street, Camden) and one in South Africa (Cape Town).
