DS.Emotion has appointed Tom Heaton as its creative director. He joins from Raw Design Studio in Salford where he’s been senior designer for almost 3 years.
The agency, which has offices in Leeds and London, moved into Manchester last year, following its acquisition of iworx. It has also appointed Jennifer Jones as account manager.
“Opening the new studio has been excellent for us, with the upturn in the market and lots of new business opportunities, it’s timely to bolster our creative strength and client servicing, and being able to attract the talent of Tom & Jenny is hugely exciting for both us and our clients,” said director Angus Armitage.
“It’s very important to introduce new ways of thinking and new ways of adding value. We are in a great position in Manchester, as we grow an expert team and bring in new energy to constantly add new ideas to existing ones. Tom and Jenny have a wealth of experience and each of them will enrich our offering greatly.”
Heaton has previous worked on projects for the NHS, BBC Philharmonic, Premier League and Channel 4.
