Double doubles all round as Bottled Imagination enters year three

Bottled Imagination's Haywood-Brown, Powell and Cope

Bottled Imagination, the creative PR agency founded by former Rise at Seven trio Luke Cope, James Hayward-Browne and Katy Powell in mid-2022, has successfully doubled both revenue and headcount in its second year in business.

The Manchester agency offers creative digital PR including campaigns and reactive newsjacking, with a roster of clients including B2C household names Victorian Plumbing and Protein Works and B2B brands such as Bynder.

The firm now consists of a 12-strong, award-winning team based in Ancoats.

Co-founder and PR director Powell said: “We are so pleased with the progress the company has made in its first two years and we have set ambitious targets for our third. We launched this agency to create PR ideas that were stand out in our industry and got our clients noticed – hearing that our clients are being pitched ideas that they’d never heard from other agencies cements the reason we set up the agency”

Fellow co-founder and creative strategy director Cope added: “In our second year we’ve managed to double revenue, double headcount, pickup 12 awards for our work and retain our current key clients. I couldn’t be happier with the team we’ve built and the kind of creative work we have done for clients.

“We’ve already added five clients to our roster for year three and we’ve outgrown our offices. There’s a lot of optimism going into our third year.”
