Distology partners with US security platform TrapX


Stockport-based security software provider Distology has announced its partnership in the UK with TrapX – a leader in cyber deception.

The partnership will enable channel expansion into the UK and Northern European market for the deception software innovators, who won Security Shark Tank New York City 2019, picked by representatives from market leaders including Sony, Sotheby’s and Salesforce.

TrapX provides a defense from cyberattacks, offering deception technology that provides real-time breach detection and prevention. Creating a ‘minefield’ for cyberattackers, the solution deceives would-be attackers with decoys that “imitate” clients’ true assets, thousands of which can be deployed with little effort.
