Harrogate-headquartered IDHL Group has bought fast-growing Shopify agency Statement.
Statement has offices in Manchester, Leeds, Wakefield and London, and specialises in Shopify Plus. The acquisition of the company will extend the range of web development platforms available to IDHL’s growing client pool.
The addition comes less than a year after leading Magento agency, Pinpoint Designs, was welcomed into the Group.
Managing Director Dan Conboy, who will continue with Statement alongside his team of 12, said: “We’re delighted to be part of the IDHL Group.
“We will now be better positioned with the resource behind us to build upon our current scale and achieve ambitions during this time of rapid growth as Shopify’s UK presence grows.”
