Boundary Outlet turns to Lancashire agency for “complete digital transformation”

Boundary Outlet has worked with Red-Fern Media to undertake a complete digital transformation.

The Lancashire agency has become its long-term digital partner to align the group’s technology, brand and marketing goals.

“It’s an absolute pleasure to be the digital partner for one of the UK’s leading retail outlets,” said Sean Redfearn, Managing Director of Red-Fern Media.

“Over the 15 years Red-Fern has been established, this has been one of the most impressive technology stacks we’ve created.”

The project has focused on developing a new CRM to manage more than 1.4 customer records; a new website and mobile app.

Kirsten Jones, Head of Marketing for Boundary Outlet, said the work enabled the company to “move to the next level of our digital strategy.”
