Definition Agency has announced a series of senior changes as co-founder and former MD, Louise Vaughan takes up a group-wide role.
Vaughan has been promoted to Chief Client Officer at Definition Group. This move means that Katy Bloomfield, its former Director of Client Relations, becomes Managing Director at Definition Agency.
The restructure has been designed to help the group achieve its “ambitious growth plans.” These have so far seen it increase its revenue 5-fold, to £10m over the last two years.
In her new role, Vaughan will develop the proposition across the group, which currently includes 6 agencies across London, Manchester and Leeds.
“The breadth of the services we now have across brand experience and communication, combined with a client portfolio of some 170 businesses from global brands to market challengers presents a fantastic opportunity to evolve our offer, putting clients firmly at the heart of our thinking. I’m incredibly excited by what lies ahead,” she said.
Bloomfield joined Definition last year, having previously been head of Client Relations at TopLine Comms. She’s also held roles at gyro (now dentsu) and Founded (now Iris).
“It’s an honour to be leading Definition Agency through our next phase of growth. We have a hugely talented team of colleagues across specialist teams which will be important as we build upon our vision for the future of comms and expand our client relationships,” she added.
Heather Baker, who was named CEO of Definition Group in June, stated:
