The former Director of Innovations and Solutions at Capita, has joined FourNet as its Group Consulting Director.
At £37m turnover FourNet, Alan Linter will oversee its newly launched customer experience operation.

Linter spent more than a decade at Capita and broke new ground for the group when he delivered the first Open AI-based Conversational AI solution, and real-time AI-powered agent assist technology in 2021.
