Following a competitive pitch, Six by Nico Group has chosen Brazen Boutique to launch its second Manchester eatery on John Dalton Street.
Brazen Boutique is responsible for all pre-opening activity, including announcement of the new restaurant and exciting first menu concept – Cooking Tokyo which will feature until January 14.
Curated by visionary, Nico Simeone, following a research trip to Tokyo earlier this year, the menu takes inspiration from street-food favourites and classics adapted to celebrate Japanese food and the very best ingredients.
The Brazen Boutique launch programme includes management of creative announcements, media partners, enlisting Manchester brand ambassadors, plus curating guestlists for six preview launch events which saw a total of 360 guests invited across influencers and media.
Six by Nico offers guests an affordable tasting menu experience. The name itself tells the story of the core idea behind Six by Nico, renowned for creating a new six-course tasting menu, changing every six weeks, with dishes inspired by places, memories, or imagination.
Brazen Boutique has been going from strength to strength over the past 12 months since launch, working with some of the city’s best new ventures including Sexy Fish Manchester, El Gato Negro & Canto, as well as established brands, The Lowry Hotel, The Lawn Club, and This is Manchester Awards.
Taylor Campbell leads the six-strong Brazen Boutique team which operates alongside big sister Brazen and its 50-strong PR team; “This is an incredibly exciting launch. As a team we’ve been growing and really delivering for our amazing clutch of clients across Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester – channelling the best of Brazen resources into our bespoke launch packages is proving an incredible success. Six by Nico is an inspirational brand that literally lives and breathes reinvention as part of its DNA, a perfect match for us.”
