BJL has won a three-way pitch to help Brown Shipley, the private bank and wealth manager, achieve its ambitious growth plans.

The Manchester agency has been selected to develop Brown Shipley’s marketing strategy and will initially focus on its digital offering with the aim of improving engagement with new and existing clients, as well as key influencers.

The agency will also support ongoing creative and design and digital UX.

Robert Dornan, Brown Shipley’s head of business management and communications, said: “Building and maintaining strong client relationships is at the heart of our value proposition, and we were seeking a like-minded agency partner to help us further evolve our brand, helping to drive the business forward.

“We believe BJL fits the bill perfectly. They impressed us with their strong track record for delivering best in class marketing planning, strategy and digital services for high profile clients.”

BJL’s managing partner, Jackie Holt, added: “We have a significant amount of financial services experience and working with Brown Shipley, as part of this more premium segment, is a fantastic opportunity to share and grow our knowledge.”

BJL already works with Asda, Pure Gym and Swinton Group.
