Auto Trader COO to head up Moonpig

Catherine Faiers, the Chief Operating Officer of Auto Trader Group is set to join Moonpig.

She will takeover as CEO from Nickyl Raithatha, who’s set to leave the business after 7 years.

“Catherine brings a wealth of experience in e-commerce and public companies, with a proven track record of leading customer-focused digital, data, and technology transformations,” said Kate Swann, non-executive Chair.

“I’m delighted to welcome her to the Board and look forward to working closely with her. The Board is pleased to have attracted someone of Catherine’s calibre to lead Moonpig Group, which reflects the strength and potential of our business.”

Currently COO of Manchester-based Auto Trader Group plc, Faiers was previously COO at Addison Lee and has held senior roles at Trainline and Close Brothers Corporate Finance.

A start date has yet to be confirmed.
