Maxwell Bond is moving to a bigger Manchester office having taken 10-year lease on 8,191 sq. ft of Cat A+ office space in the Tootal Buildings on Oxford St.

The recruiter, specialising in the tech and digital sectors, has experienced huge growth in its five-year history, working alongside some of Manchester’s most-established businesses and start-ups alike. It has partnered with and assisted with the scale-up of Cinch, On the Beach, Known Origin and Apadmi.

The move is a case of deja vu dor Maxwell Bond founder Steven Jagger. He started the company with a start-up loan from The Growth Company, who will now be his neighbours in the new office.

Jagger said: “We are excited to be bucking the trend and moving to larger offices that can cope with our expansion plans. These are exciting times for Manchester’s tech and digital sector. Maxwell Bond aims to be at the forefront of providing tech talent to established corporates, ‘Unicorn’ businesses and smaller high growth start-ups.”

Maxwell Bond will move from its existing Spring Gardens base to the Tootal Buildings in the autumn, following a bespoke office fit-out by Overbury Plc.
