AI healthtech TORTUS appoints The SEO Works

Generative AI healthtech company TORTUS has appointed The SEO Works to manage both its SEO and PPC approaches.

The TORTUS lead product, O.S.L.E.R, automates the clinical documentation process for final sign-off by clinicians – including pre-chart summaries, visit notes, lab requests, coding, and more – by listening to the clinician’s conversation with their patient and seamlessly interacting with any electronic health records (EHR) system.

The tool was designed to remove the administrative burden from clinicians, to tackle rising burnout rates, and to unlock time and capacity for the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As a new and rapidly expanding business, in the emerging sector of AI, there was a big opportunity to cement its place in the search results and get ahead of the competition. But TORTUS’s ambitions went beyond this, as it sought to become market leaders in its own right.

With this in mind, it was decided that investment into both organic and paid visibility would be crucial for success. This was followed by an extensive search for a digital agency partner who could offer integrated services, leading to an enquiry with Sheffield-based agency The SEO Works.

The award-winning agency’s team got to work on several in-depth audits for both the website and advertising accounts. The resulting findings identified a range of opportunities that could be taken to propel TORTUS to its desired level of visibility – all of which were highlighted in a competitive pitch process.
