Firm behind £470m Sheffield redevelopment appoints PR company

Sheffield’s Heart of the City masterplan

Developer Queensberry Real Estate has appointed Sheffield-based PR and marketing agency Chapter II to lead its communications and marketing strategy.

London and Sheffield-based Queensberry acts as development partner to help deliver best-in-class developments across the workspace, education, healthcare, retail, and leisure sectors. It is currently partnering with Sheffield City Council on the £470 million Heart of the City scheme and has recently completed the Glass Works development as part of the regeneration of Barnsley town centre.

Chapter II, who have over 25 years of experience, will support Queensberry via their specialist property services division with media relations, social media, and marketing as they continue to grow following a successful period working in both the public and private sectors.

Paul Sargent, chief executive of Queensberry, said: “We are very pleased to appoint Chapter II to lead on our PR and marketing activities. Queensberry has seen fantastic growth over the last year, and with no sign of slowing down anytime soon, now is the perfect time to partner with Chapter II. Their understanding of the property industry, reputation and understanding of our business will bolster our PR and marketing efforts for the foreseeable future.”

Jen Beal, CEO of Chapter II, added: “We are excited to partner with Queensberry to help tell their story and communicate their successes to the world. Their impressive portfolio, including the Heart of the City scheme, has positioned them as a leader in the UK real estate industry. We look forward to working with the entire Queensberry team to take their communication and marketing strategy to new heights.”
