15 new recruits have joined the team at Leeds digital agency Engage, including two new senior figures to lead marketing and design.

Yasmin Russell (pictured: front row, left) has been appointed as Head of Marketing, while Laura Mansfield (pictured: front row, right) has joined the agency as Head of Design.

Russell and Mansfield join among 13 other starters in the agency’s marketing, delivery, design, and SEO teams, to work with clients including Whitbread, Yorkshire Tea and London Square.

The new Head of Marketing will support the board of directors on Engage’s digital marketing strategy, develop the business’s wider marketing proposition, and lead the Grace Foods UK account.

Mansfield, meanwhile, will drive the design team’s creative vision, developing the brand definition across key accounts, and being responsible for online design and the creative departments’ success.

Alex Willcocks, MD at Engage, said: “People are our most valuable asset and our latest hires will positively contribute to our culture, business and client accounts. It’s been brilliant to see how everyone has integrated into the agency, and I can’t wait to find out how each of them shapes Engage over the coming months.”

The headcount at Engage, which is based on Duke Street in Leeds, is now at 46.
