Swizzels promotes Great British Puds in new TV campaign

Swizzels is using a national television campaign to promote it latest product, Great British Puds.

The ad first airs tonight at 10.30pm, during Celebrity First Dates and features “Mr Swizzels” the company’s “never seen before eccentric inventor.”

Cheetham Bell is behind the commercial, which was created by the Beglan Brothers.

“We are hugely excited to introduce Mr. Swizzels to the nation. We’ve been developing the character and the story for a long time to ensure we get him just right,” said Jeremy Dee, Managing Director at Swizzels.

“Great British Puds is our latest and one of our most exciting developments over recent years so it was only fitting that Mr. Swizzels had a hand in helping us launch the product to new and existing Swizzels fans. We look forward to inventing yet more wonderful creations in the future with Mr. Swizzels.”

The campaign will run throughout July and August with more than 2600 spots across ITV, Channel 4 and Sky One.

It will be supported by PR, social media, digital advertising, sampling and influencer outreach.
