Overbury will fit out Global’s broadcast centre in the XYZ building in Manchester’s Spinningfields.

The project, which is due for completion in December, will see Overbury fit out 16,500 square feet of commercial space.

The completed office will include open plan offices, reception area, break out spaces, broadcast studios, production rooms, newsrooms and a communications room.

Overbury, which has an office on Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre, has delivered a number of contracts in the North West media industry in recent years, including the fit out of the BBC and ITV media studios, as well as a media studio facility for the University of Salford.

Overbury director Philip Westwood said: “This is a highly technical project and one that requires skill, experience and an extremely capable workforce.

“Having carried out the fit out of Global’s Birmingham and Newcastle studios, we have accrued a huge amount of knowledge about our client’s needs and expectations and look forward to working with Global once again.”
