On the jobs board this week, the BBC has an opportunity for a Content Producer, based in Salford.
The broadcaster is looking for a “talented” producer with “demonstrable editorial and creative flair” and an up-to-date knowledge of the BBC’s output. The role is based on a six-month fixed term contract.
Business Growth Hub is looking for a candidate with at least 10 years’ media/PR experience for for a Head of Press for The EuroScience Open Forum in July.
The event is Europe’s leading general science conference and brings with it the designation of European City of Science.
Business Growth Hub also has a vacancy for an Events Manager.
Home agency in Leeds is after a Digital Media Exec/Manager to look after our clients’ paid digital media needs, implementing and managing successful online media campaigns across PPC, display and native advertising.
Web Foundry has an opening for a Business Development Director with at least five years’ experience to help the Edinburgh-based agency launch and then build a Manchester office.
Corporation Pop is on the hunt for an App Developer with at least 18 months’ experience. It’s especially looking for developers who have experience in one or more of these areas: web or mobile applications using JavaScript, native mobile applications and Unity 3D applications (either desktop or mobile).
The Manchester agency is also looking for a Client Services Director who will become the third member of its senior management team and help Corporation Pop deliver its “ambitious” plans for growth.
You must have “outstanding and wide-ranging” commercial experience in the digital sector.
The agency also has a role going for a Junior Designer. The ideal candidate will have graduated from a design-related degree within the last 18 months and have extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Grain is looking for a “very talented, very switched on” Inbound Marketing Manager.
Over in Leeds, Stickyeyes has a vacancy for a “talented, enthusiastic and passionate” Strategic PR Director with “plenty of gravitas to inspire, teach and work with a team of talented people”.
It’s also after a Marketing Manager who will work with the executive, management and marketing team to roll out its marketing and comms strategy. The agency is also looking for a New Business Manager and Account Director.
At MediaCityUK, The Landing has a role for a Specialist Business Advisor Digital and Creative, on a salary of £40-plus. You’ll have experience and hands-on technical knowledge of the needs of early stage and growing companies in the sector.
Havas Lynx has openings for a Senior Account Manager and a Planner / Research Manager, while One agency in Manchester is looking for Integrated Account Managers.
Branded3 is after an Account Manager, Creative Concern is looking to hire a Graphic Designer and a Project Manager and HGA Creative has an opportunity for an Events Manager.
