The responsibilities of the role include:

Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Understanding your client’s business, their brands and their customers to deliver against their business and marketing objectives
Supporting our Account Directors in the development of our client base
Creating and maintaining a culture of thinking, challenging and innovation
Leading and owning the delivery of client objectives and measurement against these
Growing the client’s business
Developing efficient and effective communication channels internally and externally
Managing the day-to-day running of a range of accounts
Arrange regular review meetings with clients
Assisting with new business preparation, presentations and attending pitches
Creating and maintaining key account documents; briefs, WIPs, contact reports and resource requests
Presenting and leading client meetings
Update planning and performance systems to ensure that client resource planning and invoicing can happen in a timely manner
Working with the wider Branded3 team to develop our services and improve internal processes

Skills and experience should include:

Good understanding of the digital environment and a passion for emerging digital trends
Experience in handling a range of corporate accounts
Proven experience of working in a B2B account management role
Strong communication skills
Qualifications in relevant subjects i.e. Marketing degree, Google Adwords and Analytics would be an advantage
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and spoken English
Good organisational skills
Ability to report on ROI
Understanding of Google and other search-engines would be beneficial
Good understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
The ability to present confidently and to deliver presentations
