We are now looking for a Client Services Director who will become the third member of our senior management team and help Corporation Pop deliver its ambitious plans for growth. You will ensure that the company delivers an outstanding service to our clients and will build strong relationships at the highest level. With responsibility for growing agency revenues, your commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of the digital sector will also be indispensable when identifying and converting new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate outstanding and wide-ranging commercial experience in the digital sector combined with strategic vision, great communication skills (both written and verbal) and a proven ability to manage and inspire teams. This is an exciting and challenging position for the right candidate, with the opportunity to grow the role in line with the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities that help to deliver the 5 year business plan

• Develop business leads with new and existing clients

• Prepare proposals and present pitches that convert new business leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and prospects at a senior level

• Manage client accounts to ensure optimum value and spend

• Work with the Project Manager to ensure that our clients always receive an outstanding service

• Conduct regular client strategy and status meetings

• Assist the other Directors in managing and growing our highly skilled team

  Attend meetings, networking and conference events as an ambassador for the company

Essential experience:

• Proven track record growing accounts, preferably in a digital agency setting

• Demonstrable business and commercial experience

• Experience presenting ideas to small and large groups, both formally and informally

• Experience managing stakeholder relationships

• Experience managing teams

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Broad knowledge of digital technologies
