N Brown has recruited Zoe Matthews as its new Managing Director of Retail.
She joins the Manchester-based ecommerce group with more than 25 years’ experience at brands including John Lewis, Asda and The Very Group.
At N Brown, she’ll lead across its retail operations, overseeing strategy, trading and commercial performance.
Since 2025, she’s been based in India as Senior Vice President of Reliance Retail, the country’s largest retailer, by revenue. Before that she was Product and Lifestyle Director at John Lewis – leading its £2bn revenue fashion and home categories. She’s also been Vice President of the George Brand at Asda and Group Fashion Director at Very as well as holding senior roles at Gap Europe, White Stuff and House of Fraser.
