Marketing leaders from Formula 1, HECK!, Chester Zoo and more join the Prolific North Marketing Awards judging panel

The Prolific North Marketing Awards are back to celebrate the campaigns, teams and marketers driving standout work across the North and the first wave of judges has now been confirmed.

Bringing together senior leaders from some of the UK’s best-known brands, this year’s judging panel reflects the breadth of marketing talent across sectors including sport, FMCG, finance, attractions and consumer brands.

Helen McTaggart, Head of Marketing

Helen McTaggart has nearly 20 years’ experience across retail and FMCG, leading marketing at HECK! Food across strategy, digital, PR, advertising, social media, events and in-store campaigns. She says she’s looking for strong ideas backed by effective brand building and real-world results.

Nikki Dixon, Director of Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs

Nikki Dixon leads Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Leeds Building Society, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across retail, hospitality and financial services. She’ll be looking for entries that combine strategic thinking, creativity and measurable impact while keeping customers at the heart of every decision.

Andrew Diggle, Head of Digital Content at Formula 1

Andrew Diggle oversees Formula 1’s global digital content strategy, following previous senior digital leadership roles at Manchester United. His experience growing audiences on an international stage offers valuable insight into content, engagement and digital innovation.

Anna Babilinski-Barker, Senior Brand and Marketing Manager

Anna Babilinski-Barker leads brand and marketing at Chester Zoo, one of the UK’s most visited attractions. With more than 17 years’ experience across the visitor attraction and charity sectors, she has delivered integrated campaigns that balance commercial success with purpose, reputation and audience engagement.

Aimee Cowan, Marketing Director of Home Hygiene

Completing this latest judge announcement is Aimee Cowan, Marketing Director – Home Hygiene at STADA UK. With more than 15 years in FMCG, she has worked across brands including Kellogg’s, Lindt, Tassimo Costa, Cadbury and Zoflora, bringing extensive experience in building brands that deliver both commercial growth and consumer loyalty.
