Sheffield-based PR, marketing, design and video agency Chapter II has strengthened its growing team with the appointment of two new specialists as it continues to expand its client portfolio.
Joining the agency as multimedia videographer is Tyler Lowe-Fowler, who brings a wealth of creative experience from his previous role as art director at Together Agency. During almost four years at his previous agency, Lowe-Fowler developed expertise across video production, design and brand storytelling.
At Chapter II, he will lead the creation of high-quality video content, producing engaging visual campaigns that bring brands and stories to life.

Also joining the team is Emilia Beck as senior account executive. Beck joins after four years in digital PR, where she built a strong track record of delivering coverage-led campaigns and strategic media relations.
In her new role, Emilia will work across Chapter II’s diverse client portfolio, applying her digital PR expertise to deliver integrated communications strategies that drive measurable results.
