Leeds-based Pharmacy2U has created a dedicated women’s health hub, bringing together more than 200 certified menopause-friendly products.
It’s being backed by Huddersfield’s GenM, the creators of menopause retail accreditation MTick and is the first time a UK online pharmacy has embedded end-to-end menopause support and education into its ecommerce site.
It comes as research shows 2 in 3 women want better menopause-friendly signposting, following calls for the pharmacy sector to provide clear evidence-based guidance on menopause.
“At Pharmacy2U, we are committed to helping our patients and customers better manage their health and wellbeing through accessible, trusted support,” explained Melanie King, Head of Digital Services at Pharmacy2U.
“Partnering with GenM allows us to bring together a comprehensive menopause-friendly offering in one place, alongside educational resources that empower women to make informed choices about the products and support available to them.”

The MTick, powered by GenM, is a retail accreditation, which confirms products have been independently assessed as menopause friendly.
“Women are increasingly turning online first for menopause support, yet too often the experience can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. The MTick was created to change that, giving women a trusted shopping symbol to identify products that can help support their menopause signs with confidence,” said Heather Jackson, CEO and Co-Founder of GenM.
“Pharmacy2U is leading the way in menopause support by bringing pharmacy, education and product discovery together in one trusted, easy-to-navigate destination, powered by the MTick, setting the standard for how women can shop for their signs. It’s a brilliant example of what best-in-class menopause retail looks like.”
