Silvia Health, a Manchester-based digital health company supporting structured menopause care across NHS primary care and private clinics, has appointed Kyle Yeldon (right) as non-executive director.
Yeldon joins Silvia following more than 13 years at NHS England, where he served in senior leadership roles including Head of Delivery and Head of Primary Care Services.
During his NHS tenure, Kyle:
- Led national transformation of primary care services, overseeing systems handling over £10bn in public funds
- Modernised legacy infrastructure, delivering digital transformation across services and operations
- Improved access to primary care, including expanding urgent dental provision across England
- Negotiated high-profile programmes with the British Medical Association, ministerial teams and central government
- Strengthened contract oversight and governance, ensuring public money was spent effectively

Silvia Health provides structured menopause care tools aligned to NICE NG23 guidance. The platform organises patient-reported information across 18 clinical domains before consultation, tracks symptoms and treatment response between appointments, and presents relevant clinical context for clinician review – supporting consistency and documentation across the full care journey.

Yeldon will support Silvia’s governance, NHS engagement and responsible scale roadmap. He also runs KSY Consulting, advising health tech organisations on NHS navigation and market entry.
